  • The template is incompatible with the platform listed on the product page
  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase

Not Eligible If:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You simply "changed your mind" or "don't need it anymore"

If we can't resolve your issue, email support@opscraft.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your order/purchase ID
  • Product name
  • A description of the issue
  • What troubleshooting steps you've already tried

Review and Processing

We'll review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we'll process your refund through Stripe, and you'll receive your money back via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Information

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through Stripe. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Partial Refunds

If you purchased multiple products in a single order, we can issue partial refunds for specific products that don't work as described, while you keep access to the others.

Access After Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your license to use the product is revoked, and you must delete all copies. Your download links will be deactivated.

Partner Deployment Services

This refund policy applies to template purchases only. Deployment services provided by HZ Empowerment Group are subject to their own terms and conditions, which will be outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who demonstrate a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding products). We may also suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent refund requests.
