By creating an account, making a purchase, or using our Products, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

2.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your credit card information.

2.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, or sales tax. Tax calculations are provided at checkout based on your location and tax identification information.

3.1 Single Commercial Use License

Each purchase grants you:

• The right to use the Product for one commercial implementation
• The right to modify the Product for your own use
• Lifetime access to the purchased version
• Free updates to the Product for 12 months from purchase date

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product in any form
• Use the Product for multiple clients without purchasing additional licenses
• Share your download links or login credentials with others
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding within the Product
• Claim the Product or its derivative works as your own creation

3.3 Multi-License Purchases

Agencies, consultants, or businesses wishing to deploy our Products for multiple clients must purchase a separate license for each client or contact us for enterprise licensing.

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your Product through your account dashboard. Download links are valid for 7 days but can be regenerated at any time from your dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and download links. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5.1 Included Support

Every purchase includes 30 days of email support starting from your purchase date. Support includes:

• Setup and installation assistance
• Configuration questions
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Basic customization guidance

5.2 Support Limitations

Support does NOT include:

• Complex custom development or feature additions
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or services
• Training for your team or end users
• Problems arising from modifications you made to the Product

5.3 Response Times

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, Australian Eastern Time, excluding public holidays). Response times are not guaranteed.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• 30-day money-back guarantee if the Product doesn't work as described
• Refund requests must include a description of the issue
• No refunds after 30 days or if you've violated these Terms

7.1 Warranties

We warrant that:

• Products will perform substantially as described in their documentation
• We have the right to sell and license the Products to you
• Products are free from known malicious code at the time of delivery

7.2 Disclaimers

You acknowledge that:

• Automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, etc.) may change their APIs or features, which could affect Product functionality
• You are responsible for testing Products in your environment before production use
• We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from Product use

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase or use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

All Products, including their structure, organization, code, documentation, and design, are protected by intellectual property laws. OpsCraft.io retains all rights, title, and interest in the Products not explicitly granted to you under these Terms.

Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Products if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse our support services
• You share or resell Products without authorization

Upon termination, your license to use our Products is immediately revoked, and you must cease all use and delete all copies.

Our Products are designed to work with third-party platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining accounts with these platforms
• Complying with their terms of service
• Paying any fees they charge
• Understanding that we have no control over their availability or functionality

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Before initiating legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@opscraft.co.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
